Security Posture
- Encryption
- All traffic to the service is encrypted in transit over TLS.
- Access Control
- Internal access to systems and data follows least privilege and is limited to personnel who require it for their role.
- Infrastructure
- The service runs on audited cloud infrastructure. We inherit and review the physical and environmental controls of our providers.
- Incident Response
- Security events are triaged ahead of all other work. Affected parties are notified of incidents that concern their data.
- Disclosure
- We accept vulnerability reports at security@socialphysics.inc and ask for coordinated disclosure while a fix is prepared.
Data Practices
- Minimization
- We collect what is required to operate the service and nothing further.
- No Sale
- Data is not sold, and not shared with third parties for advertising.
- Export
- Account holders may request a copy of their data in a portable format at any time.
- Deletion
- Deletion requests are verified, executed, and confirmed in writing.
Common Matters
Requesting access +
Write to support@socialphysics.inc with a brief note on your intended use.
Sign-in and credentials +
Confirm you are using the address your access was provisioned under. If sign-in still fails, write to us from that address and we will verify the account and restore access.
Account changes and closure +
Requests to change account details or close an account are made by email from the account address. Changes of address are confirmed with both the old and the new address. Closure is followed by deletion of associated personal data and written confirmation.
Degraded performance +
Reload the page, then try a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R). If the problem persists across browsers, write to us with the approximate time it occurred so we can examine service health on our side.
Reporting a defect +
Write to support@socialphysics.inc describing what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or recording helps. You will receive an acknowledgment with a reference, and correspondence until the matter is closed.
Data export and deletion requests +
Write from your account address. We verify the request, fulfill exports in a portable format, and confirm deletions in writing once complete.
